High performance tungsten-copper composite material


Tungsten copper alloy has good dense as the electrode material requirements, wear corrosion resistance and good electrical conductivity. This paper discusses the technology route for preparing high-performance tungsten powder of fine particles of tungsten copper electrode, including particle size studies, preparation of high-performance tungsten  tungsten carbide inserts  infiltration process, add four parts impact on performance and other metallic elements. Metallurgical analysis by means of modern microscopy,  molybdenum electrode  microscopy analysis carried out a lot of experimental work and theoretical analysis, prepared by a high performance copper tungsten composites. First, the effects of three different tungsten powder particle size of the powder tungsten-copper alloy. Experimental results show that the finer the particle size, the density, the higher the hardness, but poor conductivity, tissue unevenness also increases.
